"Nooooo"

The staff was great but the carpet was covered in animal fur. The tub was FILTHY and the water backed up. Imagine trying to shower while standing in a pool of someone else's grime. DISGUSTING. The sheets had a stain and the elevator was broken. Pretty much a dump.

The hotel interior is beautiful. However, it indicates there is a bar and restaurant and tiki bar were not staffed other than breakfast. Also the firepit table's were not operable. I kind of picked this hotel mainly for those luxuries so I was a little disappointed. However, it is very clean. The rooms are nice and updated. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool and outdoor lounge area are very nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay however a nice drink by the pool and hanging around the fire in the evening would have made it a better experience.

The staff are so nice here! They've been really helpful. The food at the hotel was really good! The pool and the areas to sit are really nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
