Crowne Plaza Chicago-Northbrook, an IHG Hotel

The staff were amazing and so helpful, and the area was great! The issue I had was the cleanliness. I found a centipede in my bathroom one day and in general the overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't the best.

Upon check-in, the lady working the front desk was AWESOME. Cheerful, kind, well spoken and efficient. Impressed with her caring and professionalism.

It was nice, clean and comfortable.

Good location, lots of food options nearby, and quiet and secluded area.

I traveled here with my 12 year old son and we felt safe. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet is $18 per adult and $9 per child 11 and under. Northbrook Court is a short drive. It’s a pretty shopping center including a Ben and Jerry’s and other stores and restaurants.

In general , satisfied, would stay again if needed . But would like bathroom (sink etc) to be cleaner 😊

The staff were very caring and kept findings ways to impress the guest. I would rate higher if possible.
