Everything was good, close to all amenities.

Yes the bar and food was good. Plenty of lovely independant shops with lovely staff.

Please report to the hotel - in room 2 in the bathroom 1) the strip light/shaver did not work and 2) the bathroom door hinges squeak loudly, which disturbed us at night. Thank you

Lovely room and the bar etc was great - our only complaint was tyd pillows are a bit hard.

Huge, comfortable four-poster bed in a less than huge room with a markedly sloping floor - definitely uphill from one corner to the other. Bear in mind this is basically a pub with rooms, so expect to hear noise and piped music from the bar and chatter from the beer garden outside the window. They didn't make up the room or give us clean cups (but did top up the tea and coffee). The bathroom extractor fan didn't work.
