Sofitel Mexico City Reforma

Awesome trip Shannon and Sak were amazing! The spa was relaxing and pool food and drink were awesome with an incredible view!

Located on Paseo Reforma, well located close to many interesting areas. Modern hotel, nice design. Suites are large and well organized. As in most Accor hotels all is very functional. What is really great here is the super friendly staff. This sets this hotel apart. Highly recommended.

A beautiful pool on the 38th floor overlooking Mexico City. The staff, especially Shannon, was great and always helpful with a big smile. You can get food from the restaurant. It was always an awesome end to a day in one of the greatest cities in the world!!

Juan and Daniel were excellent! We enjoyed our lovely day relaxing on the rooftop with 5-star service and views! They were so accommodating and helpful.

Very nice location. The view is amazing, we stayed at the 33rd floor and with access to the 36th. The bar at the rooftop is very nice to see the sunset. The room was comfortable, big and clean.

The breakfast was just ok, both in the 12th floor (regular one) and in the 36th. The breakfast in the 36th worth it because of the view. In the day of the checkout they called twice to our room, to ask if we were leaving: one 8 minutes before the checkout time and the other one 1 minute before checkout time. I felt uncomfortable with that.

Highly recommend to come check it out. The view was amazing, food delicious and service exceptional. I ordered the short rib tacos, guac and two cocktails. Everything was delicious.
