Cozy and comfy rooms, warm Service, delicious breakfast (especially the selection of fresh fruits and berries), a Michelin star worthy restaurant (Bajel) and a top end spa. There is not much to wish for… The soundproofing of the windows towards the street noise could be better, otherwise fully recommended.

Juan our server and Daniel were excellent service super attentive and on time the host as well and the the guy host was nice to Move us to a nice view table the food amazing and the views are to died

Expensive place to eat, I liked the food and the view, but honestly the price seemed excessive to us. Everything was nice and the staff is friendly.

Loved our experience at Cityzen Rooftop! ✨ The coffee and cocktails were delicious, the vibe was great, and the view is absolutely unbeatable. Special thanks to Bruno and Ernesto for their amazing service — they truly made the visit even better. Highly recommend!

Cityzen was great! Amazing views and the food and customer service were Amazing. The server JUAN was so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Will come back and recommend to anyone.

We stayed at the beautiful Sofitel Mexico City. The views from the hotel of the city were stunning. The location was perfect for our adventures, walking and biking distance to parks, museums, transit, shopping and restaurants. It's one of the most wonderful vacation we have had in a long time. The room was beautiful and well maintained, even had a bath tub. We loved the hotel, but mostly the people at CLUB MILLESIME DL. They made our stay feel like a home away from home. Their assistance with booking tours, (hot air balloon ride over the Aztec pyramids - amazing), restaurants was so helpful and even just chatting about things we might do. We are so grateful to have met this wonderful Team at the Sofitel. Thank you Ingrid and Team. Check out all of the restaurants at the Hotel. The Citizen Rooftop Bar is beautiful to watch the sunset - make a reservation and also the Bajel restaurant with the its 10+ tasing menu, one of our best meals in the city. We felt very comfortable walking in the city.

It was a great experience at Sofitel, especially I would like to highlight Ingrid, she helped us a lot to get to know Mexico City as a real local, including a unique experience, without a doubt her help was spectacular, and we are sure that we will comeback Thanks Sofitel and Ingrid

Great experience! We walked in without a reservation last minute. They had a special event but offered us to have drinks. Alejandro was fantastic with other great locations for an experience! Drinks were great and the view exceptional.

From the moment we were welcomed at check-in to the moment we checked out, the service was truly exceptional. It’s located in the center of town - the Angel of Chapultepec is steps away - and within walking distance to great restaurants, neighborhoods and the Bosque de Chapultepec. Apart from the hotel having outstanding style and impeccably clean, every member of the concierge team and Club Millésime demonstrated remarkable attention to detail and consistently exceeded our expectations. Gracious, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated, they left us with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation. Our sincere thanks to Ingrid, Hanna, Regina, Frida, Maria José, Maria, Mariana, Noelia, Julian, and Jose for making our stay unforgettable. We’ve stayed at quite a few Sofitel properties but this one is truly exceptional. No doubt we will go back soon to further explore the beautiful city of Mexico City and to visit this very special Sofitel team.
