"Lovely stay beach front property ideal location"

Spacious room, exceptionally clean, lovely big bathroom spotless. Nice touches besides tea/coffee also provided bottle water on both days. Plenty of choices for breakfast and enjoyed everything we had. Friendly host couldn’t fault it.

We needed somewhere to stay as no room with family!!Amazing stay and the breakfast was amazing!!! Friendly host! Will definitely stay here again if in the Morecambe area!! We had a sea view room which was amazing!!! I really recommend this hotel. 🙂

View was amazing, lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, we was met on arrival and offered tea and biscuits even though it was all in our room.

The room above when they had a shower it sounded like it was in our room very noisy this wasn't a problem in the morning, but the people above us decided to shower at midnight and it woke us up
