I enjoyed everything about my stay. The balcony is my favorite feature .

Water pressure in the shower was in and out

Gary was one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever had by far. Friendly, attentive, and patient, even with all my questions. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Gary might be the best guy I have experienced in my entire hotel experience. Which covers 20 years. This man is the GOAT of service. Amazing person and provides the best service. Not only me but everyone else. Keep him on your radar.

Gary at the front desk made my visit! He was able to anticipate my needs before i asked. Super welcoming and pointed me to a great steakhouse around the corner! The room is good but the service made the difference!

Staff was courteous

Rooms needed work...toilet paper holder came out ot the wall, door handle on sliding outside door broken and hanging loose, furniture covers worn and dirty with cigarettes burns on ottoman. Was told we would have complimentary breakfast and coffee next morning...didn't happen. Was there when time to open and 30 minutes later nothing available, not even coffee. We left and felt this facility was no where up to standards with other like facilities we've stayed in. It's also not easy to get to if you're passing through Little Rock.
