Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West

Had another business meeting in Little Rock September 9-10. This is my 4th time staying at Court Yard Little Rock West and very time I stay it is a great experience. Shout out to Gary, Tracy, and the rest of the representatives; all were very nice and they really know how to treat this Platinum Elite member. Room was clean and the food in the cafe as well as the free coffee were wonderful. Thanks again for a great stay and keep up the good work!

What was unique? G-A-R-Y. Incredible professional at check-in who personifies what everyone wants in check-in personnel. He pre-empted any questions I had and efficiently had me signed in before I could say Marriott Courtyard. What a relief to have a check in experience like this.

Very Happy to say that we switched to this hotel for our second day in little rock it was very clean. The airconditioner worked well. The building well maintained and the conciege Shelby was very helpful when we forgot part ofnour toiletries. Well will be back many more times.

Upon arrival, I saw a familiar face, Gary! He is always pleasant, efficient, accommodating, and always has the best customer service! I wished a lot of other hotels had a Gary! The rooms are always up to par and so is the bar and food. Sharon

Was very clean

From the road it was hard to find. Need more signs. I was towing a boat no designated park area for it. Staff said park it all the way around back. Far away from my room.

Unfortunately not your typical Courtyard Marriott. We had multiple problems with our key cards not working, stuck doors preventing us from getting into our room. When we brought it to the front desk, they put it on the maintenance list but it never got done due to the maintenance man having to work on the air conditioner. They eventually moved us to another room but the problems with the key cards persisted. Some of the front desk staff were very nice and apologetic but others were not. Overall not a very good experience and not a typical Marriott experience.

In the morning my car would not start and I had a specialist’s appointment at UAMS. Dorothy at the front desk got me a taxi and I was able to arrive on time. Her assistance was above and beyond.

Had a great experience at the courtyard. I believe Gary Stubblefield was his name, he is awesome. He made great conversations and recommendations. I will stay again here. Thank you

Price is great. Very clean and friendly staff.
