Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock West

All the rooms have a little back area so don’t let them upsell on a “balcony”. The bar was a gin and tonic drink and a select few wines. The restaurant is more of finger foods (if someone will even come take your order) We bought breakfast for 1 and they didn’t even have a breakfast selection, they told us to go make an order at the restaurant/bar and they’d put it towards the room and they’d comp it (with as much problems as they were already having, I doubted that and just went to McDs lol) For the price at least on the hotels.com app it was good but this is supposed to be a more high end hotel compared to others in area and there’s nothing really proving it besides a nice layout that probably used to be put to good use and nicely dressed front desk people. Better bets with Hilton hotels

Gary was friendly and cool! Helped us kinda late and was more than open to it. Clean room and friendly front staff! Cool vibes will stay again.

I'll be traveling to Little Rock next week- Oct. 13 to 15. Looking forward to seeing Gary and the Courtyard team and being treated like a king! They are the BEST and always go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. See ya'll next week! Tad

Advertised breakfast at 6:30. As of 7:30, no breakfast option yet. They said they were busy with a breakfast for a bus group and would not be serving other guests. The check in crew said coffee would be in the lobby 5-5:30 am. That wasn't there either as of 7:30 when we checked out. The overnight desk clerk was completely oblivious to what might be the issue and blamed it on the cook. The lady cooking (for the bus group), was rude and seemed to resent being there short staffed. I would suggest the general manager get up there to see what they can do to help. I also sent a picture of the green dirty pool to Little Rock code enforcement. This hotel says it's been updated but more like lipstick. Also, there are signs on every outside pole warning to protect your car and valuables and that the hotel would not be responsible.

GARY was amazing!! The best host you could ask for. I usually don’t stay at the Marriott but with people like Gary, I might be here a lot more.

Phenomenal service. Fast friendly and very welcoming. Derek was awesome, helped me get checked in quickly and made me feel welcome and appreciated. Would highly recommend

Gary was an awesome host and very helpful with directions and planning our evening. Have stayed multiple times for business. Definitely be back!
