チェクイン・アウトが合理的で迅速 スタッフが親切 フロント奥のラウンジが静かでくつろげる雰囲気だった

フロアに氷の提供があり良かったが併せて冷水機もあればさらに良かった 大浴場は宿泊者全員が使えるものではないことに予約段階では気づけなかった

名古屋で最も歴史と伝統あるホテルの一つです。スタッフが皆さんとても感じが良かったです。部屋の調度は落ち着いた風格があり、掃除が行き届いて、清潔でした。お部屋は少し値段は高いですが、お値段以上の価値があります。朝食もおいしかったです。

特にありませんが、強いて言えば、駐車場の坂道がキツく、歩道も無いため、大きな荷物を持って行くと大変でした。

エスパシオラウンジに宿泊し、特別なアフタヌーンティーなどを楽しみました。 朝食もスタッフのお持て成しが素晴らしい特別な朝食を頂きました。 また宿泊する際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

エスパシオラウンジを使用している方なら16歳以下でもスパは使用できる様にして欲しいです。 子供は大浴場があると喜びます。
