立地、スタッフ対応、部屋のサービス、清潔さ、クラシカルな雰囲気、どれも最高でした！

私の部屋にはハンガーがなくて、洋服がかけられなかったこと。冬はコートとかがかけられないと若干不便かも。 これは持参すればいい話なので、要望になってしまうが部屋用のスリッパ（見つけられなかっただけ？）、消臭スプレーがあればすごくありがたかったかも。

Beautiful hotel and great location, very close to the subway line Wonderful scented lobby and hallways as well, fragrance of Bulgari eu de vert (which were also the line of the bath products) Espacio level is extraordinary if you book this level The service is impeccable and shout out to Maeda the bell captain desk gentleman who went well above and beyond to help us sort our or luggage forwarding and reservation confusion with our Tokyo hotel next on our trip ! He spent well over an hour with these issues on the phone. We loved the access to the 18th floor Espacio meals, drinks, cocktails, multiple coffee option machines (mocha, latte, espresso, iced etc) Room and bathroom , kitchen were spacious and extraordinarily clean, and quiet

"Great hotel in a great city"

Nice views from Espacio lounge whilst eating breakfast or the evening snacks. The staff at the Espacio lounge were very friendly. Room was quiet. Large desk to do study / work on and a very large bed. Close to Fushimi metro/subway station. Stayed four nights and still didn't have enough time to visit all the sights i wanted to. Would use the hotel again on a return trip to Nagoya.

The kitchen had no cutlery, plates or cookware (with exception of coffee cups and saucers). Therefore if you want to use the cooktop, you will need to bring your own pots/frypans, larger plates and your preferred cutlery to eat with. Could occasionally smell cigarette smoke inside the room, presumably via air-con ducts (the hotel does have smoking rooms too).
