체크인부터 라운지까지 너무 친철하고 좋았습니다. 스파와 수영장도 너무 청결하고 관리가 잘되어 있었어요. 전통있는 호텔이라 인테리어도 멋았었지만 객실도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 1층에 좋은 레스토랑도 많아서 좋았어요

룸서비스 메뉴나 설명이 TV로만 확인할 수 있는 점은 아쉬웠어요

Excellent and good sized room, good location, lounge at l6 was comfortable and nice. Gym was good.

Not clear that pool use is only for >16 adult only.

I chose this hotel mainly for the location and price, but the stay turned out better than expected. The view from the higher floor was lovely, especially in the morning. The room wasn't overly luxurious, but it felt comfortable and easy to settle into. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't rate the food, but overall it was a place I looked forward to returning to after a day out exploring.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I traveled throughout Japan for about a month, and out of all the places I stayed, this hotel was undoubtedly my favorite. It offered not only incredible value but also truly exceptional amenities. I stayed in the ESPACIO wing of Hotel Kanko, which grants access to its own exclusive facilities. The pool, spa area, and gym were phenomenal—quite honestly, it is the best fitness center I have ever seen at a hotel in Japan. The accommodations were just as impressive. My room was remarkably large and spacious, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the complimentary daily drinks provided in the room to the superb, all-inclusive dining experience. If you are looking for a luxurious stay that is actually worth the money, this hotel provides remarkably high value. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
