I would give it a 0 if I could. Nothing good about this property. We didn’t even end up staying because it was so dirty

Blood on the bed, crumbs all over the place, food smeared into the floor, chipping paint everywhere, dog food in the pull out couch. There are so many things wrong I can’t list them all. Management was unreachable and didn’t respond to booking.com when they reached out. We had to contact the property many times until the finally responded. Highly do not recommend!

We ending up cancelling. The room was grim…

Breakfast had a good selection of food. No decaf coffee. We were only minutes from themedical facility for our appointment.

I don't hear very well and the person on registraion desk did not speak loud or clear enough. My girlfriend had to come in when she saw I was having a problem hearing.

LIKED NOTHING! THE ROOF WAS TERRIBLE!! BLOOD STAINS ON CHAIR IN BEDROOM. WINDOWS DID NOT LOCK. COULD NOT FORCE MYSELF TO STAY.

Fire alarms going off sink was broken along with bathroom door knob tv didn’t work had to beg for towels every morning.

I liked the location and the staff was kind.

Only had three sets of towels when arriving, needed 5. We stayed for two nights. I had requested extra towels the first night. I was told they outsourced there linen service and never received extra towels at all. I had to go purchase my own at the local Walmart so we could all wash. BOTH nights! Also utilized the pull out bed I. The dining room in our suite and was never given sheets or blankets due to the same reason as the towels. Also floors were sticky, and dirty. Bathroom had no ventilation fan, it was even more sticky in the bathroom. Room was not wheel chair accessible even after requesting a room that’s wheelchair accessible. Huge lip of concrete to get into doorway very unsafe for wheelchairs. Was not a pleasant stay to say the least. Never will recommend this place.

Easy to find, great location

Heavy heavy use of air freshener, fabric cleanser… hair hanging out of bathroom hinges. Black hairs scattered across bed sheets. Had to get new bedding in order to stay. Mo staff at desk for checkout, just a sign saying not available
