"Will never ever stay there again."

It was dirty as hell. People that should not have been there hanging out on the balcony and stair wells. A maid opened the door unannounced. Scared the shit out of my daughter and myself. One of the locks on the door was broke so we made a barricade

The fact that I didn’t get the room that I booked online. We got two queen beds and not two king beds, the room had things broken and dirty. Breakfast was subpar and over early. Staff was rude.

Housekeeping never came by to offer anything, they had to be hunted down. Snow plowed was put right in front of the room.
