Neighbors who wanted to play "music" so loud until after midnight. Having to ask staff staff for basic necessities, aka, toilet paper.

Waffles

I have a small service animal. They wanted to charge me because they didn’t have any spare rooms for pets for an extra bed. Bed wasn’t used or needed.

When we found a room to be unacceptable, our reservation was quickly cancelled at the front desk.

Would give zero stars if possible. The entire building had a pungent chemical smell. One room had not been cleaned. Garbage can was overflowing and beds had not been made. Second room had broken lampshades and sagging beds. When cancelling the reservation, we were told we would be refunded, but we’re still charges $50/room.

This place is a rat hole. We had reservations for about a month. We did get in late, but we called to make sure they held our reservation. Wish they wouldnt. If the overpowering smell of industrial cleaner was to give you the impression things were clean, it is an unclever ruse. They put us up in a closet - oh wait closets have hangers, this 'room' didnt. It was so small the luggage rack that was folder against the wall, couldn't even be put up. The place was so filthy, we didnt want to get in the bed - the bathroom floor was literally sticky and there was grief in every corner - but desperation and exhaustion won out. Too bad for us. Right around midnight, a staff member started loudly speaking arabic as he walked through the halls and these doors and walls kept out nothing. I was overjoyed when he was quiet for about an hour and I got to sleep when he was joined with a friend at about 5am and they were oh so happy, laughing and yelling. Probably about how fun it was to make travelers miserable. The "free" breakfast that was being made smelled like Bisquick and regret, so we bailed. Stay away from this place if you care about your comfort, cleanliness or sleep!

The room was an absolute disaster the top blanket had stains on it the shower has so much hair in the drain that it wouldn’t drain . Very disappointing because we have stayed here before but the lack of cleaning is very noticeable and the laziness is unbelievable
