One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. Regular airport shuttle service; helpful staff.

AC doesn’t work - not clean - poor conditions - owners need to spend some money on it

Everything. It was filthy, dirty towels, bathroom was disgusting.

I had to get switched to 4 different rooms before I asked for a refund. The first room 131 where they gave me the heater started to smell like something was burning. Then, in room 130 the tub stopper was broken so there was old water sitting in the tub, it doesn't get any better at this point. Third room 127 everything was going okay until we opened the microwave someone left fried chicken with a lot of flies coming out🤢. The last room which was a suite the beds had dirt spots and stains on the sheets. At this point, it's 1:30 am and we checked in about 10:45 pm and I wanted my money back.

Pet friendly for a small fee per dog (depending on size). Room was not well maintained (needed some fixing) and the floors in the room were dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower worked. The breakfast was better than expected and had scrambled eggs and sausage. The bagels were stale tho.

Walls had unfinished patches. Beds not made from 1 day to next.

Tv stations not working. Computers not working

The room was run down and minimally cleaned. I made the mistake of looking underneath the armoire for the TV remote and saw a sea of dust and multiple dead cockroaches. The mattress and bedding were comfortable enough, but overall it was a below-par experience. The staff was ok, but the hotel is very stingy when it comes to providing basic things like towels and toilet paper. They seemed to ration toilet paper like we were staying on a deserted island. There was literally 1/2 of a used roll in the room when we arrived. We had to repeatedly ask for additional rolls.

very dirty, poorly maintained, ok beddding, unattractive decor and entrance, noisy, loud, littered parking lot, needs a major overhaul,,, 300 a night was too much fot the condition of this place,, the owners should be ashamed.
