Dirty steps leading upstairs, sheets were not washed, no cream for keurig, shower curtain dirty on the bottom, hair dryer did not work, no creamer for coffee during breakfast hours, no ac in the hallways, ac in the room sounded like train.

Ive stayed here before with no issues. Last night's my company sent me an expense check to pay for the room. This took several hours to clear. Around 6 when it cleared my phone died so i plugged it in. The male manager came out screaming to get off his property or he was calling the police. Because he assumed i wasnt a small business owner that USED to book 300+ stay a night at quality inns. We terminated that contract today. Avoid this location unless your into police involvement and some crazy man cursing at you in a foreign language. Creepy he also said hed been watching me alll day so shut your blinds

We had reservations for 4 nights, one queen bed. I felt we were in a prison boxed room. I also had a few insect bites. We decided to leave after the first night so we wouldn't be charged. Very disappointed. The rooms looked nice in the app but not in person.

Room was spacious the handicap bathroom was impressive.

The handicap bathroom need is another hand rail for getting in and out of the tub

I rarely write reviews, but this place was shockingly bad. The moment we opened the door the carpet reeked of damp and stale odour — not just “worn,” but outright unpleasant. The shower/tub combo was seriously mouldy: the silicone around the edges was black with mold and there was visible mildew in the grout. The bathroom clearly needs a thorough deep clean and new silicone. The room smelled musty, and that smell seemed to be masked by an overpowering artificial fragrance — a cheap disguise for a real cleanliness problem. Breakfast was already officially finished by 9:00 a.m., which was disappointing given what their listing suggested. The building felt neglected overall — scuffed doors, worn fixtures, and some doors even looked damaged. Other guests gave off an uneasy vibe, which made the whole place feel uncomfortable and insecure. For the price, you might expect basic hygiene and a welcoming atmosphere — this hotel failed on both counts. If you value „quality“, cleanliness and a comfortable, secure environment, skip this place until major cleaning and maintenance are completed.

AC not working proper. Could not clear the air in the room due to the over use of the air freshener used in the room. (made my wife sick.. (Caused coghing/gaging) Tried to cancel second night and was jerked around by Hotel.com customer service. (While trying to resolve the second night cancelation I was transferred to sales and given a sales pitch on a different vaxation package. )

First off, there was a smell when we walked in the office area to check in that smelled like cleaning or disinfectant chemicals that was so bad I needed to step outside. The breakfast area was right there and I could not have eaten in there. Walking up the stairs (no elevator) the carpeting was dirty and had actual globs of dirt all over it. When we went to our room the smell was there as well. plus tbete was a large ring of black mold around the tub, the sink faucet was coming loose, the uncarpeted floor area was sticky. We turned the AC and fan as high as they could go (I don’t think any cool air was coming out) and left for a few hours. The check in person was apologetic, they sent a housekeeper up to scrub the tub and he used some type of cleanser that was so strong smelling it was even worse. We were offered another room but that one smelled as bad. I will never book a room at a Quality Inn again.

It's never happened to me before but now it was really terrible Upon returning to the hotel the smell of old after shave gave us a taste of the rooms!! Everywhere The old dirty carpets

It took 3 tries to find a a room that was even passable to stay in. That room was dirty especially the floors and faucet.

In the first room the bed smelled of urine. The staff were courteous and came up to help me move to a different room.
