The location wasn’t bad.

It was right next to the highway and you could hear the semi trucks most of the night. The toilet seat was broken and I had to call the front desk and ask for them to replace it. The guy try to tell me he wasn’t sure they would be able to do that. I told him to please have it fix by the time I’m back from our dinner or I expect a discount on my room. It was fixed!

Ease of access to the highway

It was incredibly dirty. The bathroom had hair and dirt all over the floor. The AC didn’t work unless you put it to 60. The check in staff was rude and complained the whole time about how busy it was.

On March 21,2026. I booked a room WITH YOU ALL at Days Inn East location. Knoxville TN. Arrived around 6:00pm. The leorker was beyond rude. I am STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY GO BE PUT BACK INTO MY CARD.
