Days Inn by Wyndham Knoxville East

The room was comfortable enough and it was conveniently located right off the interstate. In 10 minutes I was in downtown Knoxvill at the music festival I was attending.

The flip side of the proximity to the interstate was that the traffic noise was pretty loud, but it was so constant that I was able to tune it out.

Breakfast was lame The Internet didn't work Upkeep needed in the bathroom, paint is peeling Couldn't figure out how to get the overhead lights on desk to work. Lightbulb out on my side of the bed.

Close to interstate. Okay with room. Bathroom was clean in center rough in corners

Not the front desk persons fault but some non speaking English workers were before me 3 rooms and they had no credit card.for overcharge that could happen. Apparently booked by a company. So no deposit. Had the person behind me not spoken the language who knows how long it would have taken. 30 minutes of him trying to explain it to them and 10 minutes with the translator. The breakfast was just cereal and granola bars. Coffee was good as that was all we had. Others at least offer a package Danish

I have many many photos and videos regarding my issues, there’s dozen of things I have complaints about, such as: bathtub full of hair, fire detector has batteries removed and battery cartridge left open, cabinets were moldy, dead bugs all over the floor, coffee maker dirty and also growing mold inside, air unit has black mold inside, used toiletries from someone else left inside, floors so dirty that after the shower while I had damp feet, and walked out the shower, I then wiped my feet off and they were black, not to mention the strategically placed mirror to perfectly catch a view of the bed through the crack of the CLOSED blinds! And then to put the cherry on top, there were rusty nails sticking out of the wood about foot/ankle level. This place is disgusting, careless, creepy with that free bed view to anyone outside the room, and a serious health and safety hazard!

Arrived on a cold 4am morning. Get to room, only to learn door lock was inoperable. Couldn’t switch rooms because they were booked up. Was let in room by manager but told we couldn’t leave or we’d be locked out. Room had stain on bed sheets, hair in several spots in bathroom, smoke detector was not attached, tub water handle was not attached, luggage rack was broken, didnt have enough towels for occupancy. The worse was probably a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The list goes on and on.

Not really anything!!! Very dirty and grungy place!!!

VERY dirty, staff are unpleasant, no towel and the ones in room were disgusting, breakfast included was cereal so misleading on the booking add. I would NEVER stay here again! !!!
