Great location, comfortable beds, cleanliness of room, size of room

There is a pub attached to the venue. Extremely loud music was played on Thursday night until 11:30pm and Friday and Saturday night until 2am, not only inside the pub but also over outdoor speakers which made it close to impossible to sleep until the pub closed.

I didn’t have the breakfast as it was all carbs. So I didn’t get the value there what I did like was how could walk around neighborhood there was lots to do within walking distance

Grumpy staff member. Not very helpful. Needed to withdraw cash to use as a deposit. Never had that before. Breakfast was abysmal. Mini pastries. Fruit and juice was good but the coffee offering also poor

Downtown location is great for walking to see city centre. Nice architecture to take in as well.

Parking!!! Was none and the free breakfast was lacking.

Phenomenal location and cost. Very clean and comfortable.

Front desk was quite neglectful with answering the phone. Attempted to call down 2-3 times from the room to request a microwave. The phone was not answered. It was also seldomly answered while trying to enter or exit back parking lot causing us to sit at the gate for 2-8 minutes while attempting to contact the front desk.

The architecture of the building on the main floor was impressive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. It was great that they had a fridge. The sheets and towels were clean and crisp. Great location to restaurants and pubs and the Sheraton conference centre. For a 3 business trip, it was fine and the price was good.

The room was small. There was an unpleasant aroma in the hallways. A cleaning solvent, maybe. The rooms need a major update with chipped furniture. The bathrooms definitely need updating, but they were clean. The countertop was peeling off the side and they still have the
