Breakfast was ok--pastries and coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit. Simple. Cushy beds. High ceiling. Old fashioned details. So close to the mall! Parking out back. Super stay!

The location is amazing, nice restaurants all around, staff are also super great.

The bathrooms need some fixing. Missing grout around the shower.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to Midtown Mall, great restaurants. Hotel access to an amazing.

Onsite parking was listed but it was limited and required you to move your car since vehicles needed to be stacked. Rooms that faced the front of the hotel were loud due to loud music from the hotel pub and and late night crowds that were enjoying the night life. (I would suggest a room in the wing overlooking the parking lot!)

Pictures looked good that's it

No parking. Super sketchy on street got verbally asulted trying to get into building, that you had to buzz to get in. Noone answered buzzer. Had to get in through pub next door. Staff wasn't helpful with parking made it seem like shouldn't park anywhere. Decided not to stay there did not get refund.
