"Horrible place!!!"

It was the absolute worst stay I have ever had in a hotel/motel. The first night we woke up to House keeper trying to forcefully open our door. It scared my kids so bad because the top latch opened enough for the housekeeper to actually see into my room. The top latch actually was loose after, that is how hard they pushed on it. The next day they skipped my room for housekeeping, so I stepped outside to their cart and requested at least towels. They said they would be right back with towels, and they never came back. I than went to the office and they said they would bring me some in a little. That never happened. I went to the office later that night, and once again got denied towels. The guy in the office told me there was nothing he could do, and it wasn’t his problem. I thought towels should be available 24/7 in a hotel?!? I than told him I was very disappointed in the service at the hotel, and he replied with “thank you” We drove 9 hours to have a good vacation with our family, and this is the service we get. I highly recommend looking for a different place to book from if you stay in the area.

The pool was closed & this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, pet-friendly & an open pool. The TV wasn’t hooked up, we had to get help. The pet fees were high & should have been included in the Expedia quote. Will not book here again or with Expedia.

"You get what you pay for"

Bedding and linens were visibly dirty, dead bugs were near the heat/cooling unit, very apparent that it could use a thorough cleaning. Upon arriving we were approached by someone saying that she had been homeless for 6 months and was staying there, didn't appear to be a threat but still was leery of a stranger approaching us.

Door was broke couldn’t even shut it or lock it without two people and a tool, was charged $25 for a deposit once got there still haven’t got it back. Went to check out the next morning and couldn’t get the door to shut.
