Construction taking place on the road very close to hotel. Extremely noisy. Congested traffic.

New renovated room. But....... With no carpet and ground floor after I showered.and went to get dressed,before putting on socks I looked at bottom of my feet. COMPLETELY BLACK. Disgusting floor. Would never use a property again with tile floor on ground level. Should have known beytery

Ibooked a room through choice rewards with this location. Using points for a free night. When we arrived We we’re informed that we had to pay a 250.00 cash only deposit to use our points which is crazy to me. The real problem is they would not let me cancel the reservation and took my points even though we did not stay there I would avoid this place if possible

checked in at 11:00 and had to wait outside in the cold to check in through a window. Was charged an extra ‘service fee’ for using a third party to book my room. Did not use shower as it was old and gross. Sheet had what looked like a bleach burn hole in it. Floor was abit sticky. Would not recommend

Comfortable

It was a decent place to stay. The room was clean. There is no carpet so that helps. It was very basic but thats all we needed. Could use updating but for what we paid, we didnt really care. The guy at the front desk semed nice.

The room was drab and depressing. The hotel needs to be renovated.

on Google I am very picky when it comes to hotels! I was leery when I arrived outside! Positive points…this hotel is unassuming . It is beautifully decorated from the lobby to the rooms. The bed was very comfy. The rooms have a fridge and microwave. All of the decor is modern, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are helpful, kind and friendly. So much so, that I extended my stay for another night. This is a family owned and operated franchise. You can tell that they are invested in providing their guest a “quality” stay. Outside of passing traffic when you exit your room, it’s quiet in the rooms. I don’t sleep well. I felt like I have gotten some of the best sleep I have had in a month just being here. The black out curtains actually work. I did not have to use my sleep mask or white noise. There is a rite aid a stones throw away. I really was impressed. Oh and the property is clean! I don’t know why this place had negative reviews, I believe it’s more so the quality, character and integrity of the guest enough have written poor reviews. Kindness breeds kindness, follow the rules, no before you go and you will be fine. I would totally stay here again! Thank you to the staff!
