Quality Inn & Suites

We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel and in its cleanliness. The floor of our room was very dirty when we checked in. The walls were very thin so that when our neighbors got up at 3:30 am, we could hear every word of their conversation. And the hotel was located in a busy, noisy area - there was a group of men drinking around a campfire in the parking lot next door late at night that we could hear clearly. The beds were comfortable, but oitherwise, it was a disappointing stay.

No rooms on the ride home from FL on I-95 toward CT. Forced to go east toward Chesapeake Bay Bride/Tunnel north. Only place we could find was this hopeless motel. DIRTY From the sheets, towels, floors & bathroom. We got in around 1:00am & left as soon as possible the next morning, at least we got a few hrs. Shut eye. Or at least my husband did. Sleep in your cloths & run the next day.

The lady was asleep in the lobby when we got there. I had to wake her up. Then it took 20-30 minutes to process one room. When we tried to shower there was no hot water.

Staff was very nice and sweet

Housekeeping was wanting. Old food left in fridge, dirty bath mat, dirty floors, microwave with no outlet to plug in, front desk lacked information.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property. Will definitely stay again without a doubt

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The rate for a place like this should be $60 - Yet, They charged me $400 for one hour in a room after kicking me out for complaining about their transparency and cleanliness. When I first checked in, I was informed that there was an additional nightly fee of $25 because I had my cat with me. All the hotel booking said was "pet friendly" and the last 2 pet friendly hotels I stayed at didn't charge me extra for my cat. I protested at first but paid. Then was checked into a dirty room. There was mold all around the shower edge, pet hair everywhere, pubes and brown stuff on the floor by the toilet, a soap wrapper was in the sink when i first came in. I called the front desk for a room change, was denied, house keeping came by with cleaner in a smart water bottle, saturated the place in cleaner and mopped all surfaces - effectively spreading the pubes and fecal matter that was on the floor. Then I posted a 2 star review and they kicked me out. The owner promised me a refund if I took down my review but today I checked my account and I'm still short $400. All I did was take a shower. The owner argued with me for 15 minutes in the office. This place is a scam. I can't believe they charged me $400 for a one hour stay in a hotel. I'm reporting to BBB and Choice hotels

I had a great stay.had small concerns but they took care of them

I arrived late and the lobby was closed so i had to check in through a 2 inch bullet proof plexiglass window, makingme question the security of the property. The lady checking me in was very nice. Once I got to my room I was under impressed. There was an armchair in the room that appeared to have been there from the 1970's. It was stained with dirt and grime badly. The rest of the room did look fairly clean. I would recommend that the ownership might look at replacing some of the furniture with something newer.
