Quality Inn & Suites

Stayed here for a funeral last minute. Not only was the staff very rude and unprofessional, but the rooms were FILTHY ! I had to drive to a pharmacy just to buy disinfectant and Lysol . I was afraid to sleep in the beds , and even shower (that’s how disgusting these rooms were). On top of all of this , they charged me $50 for my underaged brother to be able to stay in the room with me. I am very disappointed with how misleading this property is . Don’t stay here !!

Not clean...poor odor...cheap towels...noisy area. Breakfast was ok...needed fruit. Acceptable for quick one night stay.

Pool was green. Stains on sheets. We left around 10 pm when a roach crawled across my son’s hand. Asking for a partial refund.

Not modernized, no place to put luggage and no alarm clock. Very noisy air conditioner banging all night. Expected more for the cost.

Perfect location for our needs

The room smells horrible. Like someone dumped a bottle of cheap perfume in here. I rented here for the pool which was closed and didn’t get a break about it and was not happier at all with service or premises

I normally don't do reviews, but the cleanliness of the room was questionable. My husband's socks were black after walking around for a short period of time. The hair dryer didn't work, actually the outlet where the hair dryer was didn't work. I told management about it after first night and it was noted. Nothing was done to correct the problem. Also, had another outlet that sparked when trying to plug in phone charger. Waffles were not good, had a bitter taste to them. Milk was sour. I was given milk out of gallon milk jug, but the rest was poured into the pitchers without dumping out old milk. My daughters room was supplied with only one towel for four people. Our room had two towels, but on the following day when my husband requested more towels and he was given a plastic bag to bring back the used towels in exchange for new towels. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again.

Truly a despicable place. I regret the hours of time I have wasted trying to get in touch with someone who could provide me with customer service/support with no luck. Do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here.

Floor was filthy. Towels and sheets had stains. Shower didn’t close causing water to go all over bathroom floor. Asked for non smoking room but room had a musty old smoke smell. This was easily the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. I will never book a Choice Hotel again.

There was no room service for three days. There was also no ice or offer to get ice for guests for three days. This is not what I expect when I stay at a "Quality" Inn. Location is not too far from the Visitor's Center and downtown Suffolk.
