Quality Inn and Conference Center

No daily cleaning of room. Smelled pot everyday on the 2 floor. Had to ask daily for someone to take the trash and get clean towels. We have been staying there for over 20 years and things was good but I this time service was very poor. If they stopped cleaning daily they should tell you before you book the room.

A decent place to lay your head if you need to. Priced fair nice staff clean enough. Has the stuff you need to rest up and get going again.

The only thing is there wasn't hot water the morning of check out. I dont know if they were working on it or something but that was kinda a bummer.

I wanted to go for a swim and then relax in the hot tub. We stayed at this hotel six months ago and the pool was not in working order then. I expressed my frustration to the front desk. A young man I assume was a manager went out of his way to accommodate me. I really appreciated that he allowed me to use a jacuzzi. I’d had a long ride, and it was great to both have time alone and to relax. I really appreciated his service!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. I asked both times for handicapped accessible rooms. My request was ignored. My mother travels with us because this is where her family lives. She is blind, 80 years old, and this time had her arm in a cast. She was unable to shower, had a hard time with the low toilet, and the high beds were difficult for her. She slept in the chair. Our breakfast was mediocre. The eggs had been frozen and were pretty gross. There was never enough yougurt, fruit, milk. It’s crazy that the lady running the breakfast bar was also checking folks out. There was never enough of her to go around. She was very apologetic and tried to be attentive. I reached out via email & by phone(left a voicemail) to confirm a handicapped room. I got no response. It’s crazy that the pool is not fixed six months later.

Nothing about this hotel it was absolutely disgusting the beds where stained and walls were falling apart
