Management and staff were wonderful.

3 bugs in room but it didn't ruin the stay

The clerk was very friendly.

My initial assigned room wasn't clean and I had to be relocated to another room, the toilet wouldn't flush, the room was in decay. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The location was great and the staff was super nice

The breakfast option was very small and they hardly had anything out to choose from. The pool was so cold you could hardly swim in it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were roaches in the bathroom.

The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke

Bed was a little bit hard. We had put a sign on our door privacy and when we returned to our room we noticed the trash had been emptied and towels replaced.

There were no towels and no toilet paper or shampoo in the room. When taking shower found the conditioner bottle empty. The room had 3 light bulbs burned out, pop on tv screen, very stained bedspread. Something sticky on the carpet, luggage cart had flat tires.
