Quality Inn and Conference Center

Best stay I had in a long time cleanliness. The breakfast staff was so nice late late late that night got up. Had breakfast there. The staff was even nicer. Manager was extremely nice. Check out was easy. I think the manager's name is Tina. She was awesome. It's a young lady that checked me in. Maybe 2:00 at night 1:30 so much energy. So nice and made it easy. Everything was easy

I can't go there again until I go to Richmond. I wish that hotel could just travel with me.

It was only a short drive to my sister-in-laws.

When getting a shower and closing the shower curtain, a bunch of beard hair fell out of it. And there was even a bunch of hair on the back of the toilet and so much dust on the air vent in the bathroom when we got into the room, there was a bunch of stains on the Decorative comforter, and then when you pull that down, there were what looked like dried blood spots on the blanket, the room phone to contact the front desk did not work. The sound on the television was going out and the breakfast. The next morning was very subpar.

To start, the parking lot is sketchy at night. But I could have delt with that, but then you add the front desk lady, absolute nightmare. I needed a quiet space to study for my midterm, but this lady, who refused to say what her name was, large, old white lady. She treated me like complete garbage for no reason. Oh, I slept in past 11, but paid and would have paid for a couple more nights but the front desk woman...pushed me to go elsewhere. She's lucky I didn't press charges, crackhead, yes crackhead is what this old lady said to me. And the day before, she put a sign out that said she was with othet guests....for 2 hrs. So I sat there because the card I had wasn't working so I got locked out of my room for the entire time. The lady is a danger to the public, I wish i got her on camera. The owners really need to see her performance while they are not around. All for a quiet place to get my test done. I will never even come close to a quality inn again.

Pool was cold. I thought it would be heated since it was indoors. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Smoke detector had cotton crammed in it

There was very little Besides waffles and cereal. I guess there was some yogurt and toast. The coffee was terrible.

The pool area still had cleaning supplies lying around. It was also cold. The whole hotel needs updating very badly.
