Resort is undergoing construction so most of the amenities where not available to us as guest. Place is old rooms are dirty and have bed bugs overall experience here was not as expected.

The lazy river is nice. Staff was kind.

The entire hotel is old and needs to be redone. There were holes in the bedding and on the headboard. The carpet looks so dingy, we had a suite and I didn't even sit on the couch because it looked so gross. The drinks by the pool were over priced. I was so disappointed in the hotel I didn't even want to stay by the pool the next day.

We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and the lazy river

I know you're going through a major renovation but the room wasn't the cleanest, the carpet was badly stained and the furniture didn't look that clean
