Very well located, in the best part of Thamel in my opinion. Comfortable bedroom and huge bed! Very kind and professional staff. The bathroom was clean and modern. And the views from the rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, are fabulous! This is a very well-rounded hotel and better than many in the UK. For those wondering about the reviews mentioning hot water, we had it during all of our stay. No problems at all and the tap is modern, so it’s very easy to control the temperature.

The staff were amazing. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The place was faultless, a very clean room, and comfortable with a great location that was perfect for our needs. Thank you Himalayan Ghar for a wonderful stay.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this hotel and the staff and manager have gone above and beyond to make our visit count. We used the hotel services to book flights and arrange taxis and they were more than accommodating with helping us arrange activities and their local knowledge was unparalleled
