The front staff was really nice. They kindly payed attention to their guest and helped us.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel is located down a relatively quiet alleyway. The rooms are spacious and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but we liked that there were different options each day.

We had some issues with the lighting and charging in our room which wasn't ideal. We also didn't get any offer for our room to be cleaned for a 3 night stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was nice and had everything you needed. Close to Thamel easy to reach. Quite location.

The wash table in the bathroom was a little n but feel for me in 192cm/6.3

The staff, especially Sandip and Sneha made our stay much better. The room sizes were great too as were the facilities including the AC.

The rooms were really dirty. The floors were really bad. I cleaned a square foot of the floor and the wipe was black!! We made the mistake of not wearing slippers in the room but learnt from our experience. The sink was dirty and the microwave was covered in greasy fingerprints as did the windows. This meant we had no confidence with the cleanliness of the dishes, cutlery etc. We mentioned this to the staff and found that these issues had not been dealt with after making up our room when we returned after sightseeing. The place needs a refurb. Management of the property seems lacking and complacent and lazy. I won’t be surprised if the manager/ supervisor has not done an impromptu inspection for weeks of not months. The breakfast was quite basic with cereal, toast, tea/coffee, banana lassi and what seemed like a tinned soup or stew. A bit of love and attention would turn this place around.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the shopping area of Thamel

Even after making the reservation, they did not keep the room and send me to the other hotel own by them which was quite different from what I booked. The time I checked in there was only one staff and it seems he doesn’t know what to do. It was quite disappointing. If we are booking our choice of hotel there is a reason for it, they can’t just send us to the other hotel. Or they should inform beforehand that the rooms are not available. It seems they wait for the customer to arrive in the hotel and later provide the information about unavailability.

Friendly staff and helfull ,will definitely visit again 😉
