Himalayan Ghar

The staff at Himalayan Ghar went above and beyond to create a wonderful stay for our large group! One of the ladies in our group had a birthday during our stay and the lovely staff set up an amazing area with balloons and even a cake on the rooftop!

Dave helped set up a rooftop dinner the last night there and the meal / service was perfect. The hotel was very accommodating to the group and our individual needs. Resteraunt recommendations and directions were always right on. Thank you for the hospitality!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Devendra Karki was very engaged as the manager and went above and beyond. He was generous with his time and assistance. They even planned a birthday cake for me. The location is very convenient to shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome! I highly recommend.

I had the suite, and it was on the first floor which was not soundproof. I believe the staff would eaves drop on my conversations while in the room because when I expressed in private to my friend that I was not a fan of the room. The manager then confronted me about it in an unprofessional and rude manner.

The facility is the best I stayed in in Nepal. Clean with a ton of space. Conveniently located while away from the noise. The staff, especially Sneha, made me feel welcome and safe. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Davendra the manager helped us with booking our flights to Lukla and the Airport transfers. The Hotel is vers nice and the personell exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

Mr Devendra Karki, the Manager of Himalayan Ghar helped us a lot to polish our whole trip. I went with my parents who are aged 60+. He ensured that we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. He helped us to plan our trip further. For example, Mr Devendra suggested we visit Kusma. He booked our requested activities there as well. He also suggested one of the best hotels in Nagarkot and took care of our booking. He also provided us with a reliable driver who drove us around Nepal all the days during our stay. Mr Devendra also suggested some good restaurants in Kathm andu. Mr Devendra also checked from time to time if we were okay during our trip and answered our queries promptly. Overall, he made our trip easier! We also found a spacious suite at an affordable price with lots of amenities.
