The property was central to shopping pubs great location however and was very clean.

no facilities as advertised showed they had a swimming pool online but didn’t and this was reason we booked for the children. Loads of building work around hotel and was very loud first thing on a morning and access blocked around hotel me and my friend travelled with our child . Staff were going to allow us in as we had ID for children and our child had different surnames asking for their fathers to email in. Absolutely disgusting considering the death of one of the children fathers last year. Do not book a room with no window as there’s absolute no ventilation and the room was ridiculously uncomfortable with 2 fans running constantly.

The staff was really rude and careless. I asked for an invoice to be prepared when i was checking in because i had to leave at 3.30 am and i was told to come ask for it then. The man at reception was very rude. He didn't know how to update the address on the invoice either so i didn't get one in the end . He turned and left and then went on to the end of the counter where he started watching what sounded like a Bollywood film on his phone. The facilities were dated and the shower was broken. I paid extra for a window and it was half broken too and did not close properly. The curtains were not wide enough to cover the width of the window so it was not possible to avoid street lights. In all not worth the few backs cheaper than airport hotels.
