The location of the hotel

Room wasn't clean air-conditioning system wasnt working and when asked for another fan for the room unable to prive one as the fan I had taken down was covered in thick dust they had tried to clean it but still only blew out dust from it been a massive fire risk

Nothing staff are rude talk in thier own lagauge and look at you and laugh oh and said telly not working oh well manager be a hour and i am to pay for the room internet tommorrow and security and a manger to fix a telly and tried to intimer date me not good no nsme bages wow

the room was absolutely roasting hot we got given a little fan but it didn’t do anything. i asked if we could move rooms but was told there was no other rooms at all. we barely slept due to the heat. it was awful also the lamps didn’t work in the room and the bed was very hard
