"Hot, sticky and very disappointing"

No AC. Room was 80 with high humidity. No prior notice. No attempt to mitigate. No offer of discount just that is the way it is.

"Hotel pas à la hauteur."

Le lieu est très animé

Le room service nul. Manque bouteilles d eau et café dans la chambre, ménage pas fait. Pour aller à la chambre. Nous avons du traverser une cour puis un glacier. Nous avions fait une location avec vu mer pour la chambre et nous avons eu vu cour voir photo. Malgré nos relances au niveau de la réception rien a été fait pour améliorer notre sejour. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

"Terrible hotel"

Location was excellent but that is the only positive for this hotel. When we first checked in there was no welcome from reception, if we asked them anything throughout our stay it was as if we were a nuisance, no smiles or anything. The corridor leading upto the room smelt of damp and disappointingly our room smelt the same, no ventilation in the room, couldn’t open windows. The breakfast was next door in a different place, they didn’t tell us this until the next morning when we asked where do we have our breakfast, they gave us a voucher and said go next door. When we got in at 4.30pm after a day of exploring our room still was cleaned, when we located the cleaner she looked at us as if to say you want your room cleaning, as if that wasn’t the norm. Quite a few people we spoke to, one couple we actually knew had been moved to a different hotel as the company they booked with said it wasn’t suitable and had bad reviews. If you’re thinking of staying here don’t bother.
