gute Lage direkt am Miami Beach, Busstation direkt um die Ecke (man kommt sehr einfach in die Stadt und zum Flughafen)

Zimmer sehr hellhörig und man muss mit Lauter Musik rechnen, weil das Hotel mitten in der Partymeile liegt, Hotel mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen und würde an einigen Ecken eine Renovierung vertragen, Klimaanlage war leider nur laut und hat wenig gekühlt, Preis-Leistung leider nicht sehr gut

Location was good, our room was decent sized with comfortable bed

Property needs some attention. Very run down and dirty. We had a ceiling leak in our room that caused a large section in the bathroom to fall down during the night.

No bathroom door or toilet door in room. Rooms for children were on different floors an General uncleanliness

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly

We had to walk from the main lobby through a courtyard/bar --through a ice cream shop to get to the elevators to our room. The halls and elevator were very "warm", if not hot, and uncomfortable. Myself and one other man's key cards stopped working. I had to go back to the lobby to get a replacement key. Issue? Yes, I had to walk outside and go around the building to get to the front on ocean drive because my key would not work and therefore, I could not open the door from the ice cream shop to go back through the courtyard bard into the lobby. Huge inconvenience.

The location is good. Staff were nice enough given the circumstances that were seemingly out of their control.

We checked in for a three night stay. Were told the air conditioning was broken and they were working on it. It was 80° outside and 82° in our room. Unbearable. We dealt with it for 24 hrs. After going out to the beach the first morning and returning to a sweltering hot room, front desk staff told us the manager has approved check out without penalty for the remainder of the stay. They also said the manager would entertain some sort of credit for the first night. No manager was present. They gave us the manager’s email to contact him. I have emailed him twice now since checking out; no response. It’s been nearly a week. Many other guests were equally upset in the lobby. I would never ever return to this hotel again. I am not working on disputing this with Booking.com and my credit card company. In the meantime, we also have had to pay for the new hotel into which we check in that weekend to try and save the trip. In addition to the air conditioning issues, our room was dated. The key cards had to be reset at the front desk no less than 5 times in the 24 hrs we were there. It was truly awful.
