The breakfast is delicious, there is a good choice of food. The location is good. The staff is helpful.

The water in the pool was very dirty. There weren't enough sun loungers. The rooms were old. The sofa for the children was only unfolded and made up after our request.

"Website misrepresented room and conditions"

The location was really the only positive thing I can mention. It is located directly across from the beach and there are a lot of restaurants and nightlife nearby.

If you compare the images of the hotel online to the reality of the hotel, you will see a huge difference. The hotel is older and outdated and when repairs were made they didn't do a good job. There are no ocean views even though the website charges extra for rooms that supposedly have a view. The front desk staff could care less about your comfort. Air conditioning was not working for 2 days and the only thing they said was that I could leave if I liked. Maid service was hit or miss. I don't know how often they clean the exterior windows but they were so dirty that I couldn't get a good view of outside.

"Decent Amenities with Great Location"

Location is very convenient for walking to most destinations in South Beach like the beautiful beach across the street; on premises restaurant is good. Great restaurants and a variety of nearby entertainment. It was cold most of the week and we were provided blankets given the room temperature dropped to the mid-50s. Bathroom was remodeled and very nice.

No armoire or closet for hanging clothing. Shocking that we essentially had to live out of our suitcases as there were no dresser drawers. We repeatedly requested daily room service and for days we went without it.
