La situation géographique sur Ocean Drive, face à la plage et au sein d'un hotel iconique art deco de Miami

Assez bruyant le soir avec les restaurants / boîtes de nuit tout le long du front de mer, mais le bruit cesse vers minuit - 1h.

En primer lugar me dieron una habitación que no cumplía con los estándares del precio sumamente ruidosa atrás de un restaurante y con dos cucarachas muertas. Al pedir el cambio hicieron el upgrade. El hotel es muy viejo como todos los de la zona, pero la limpieza es TERRIBLE. La pileta estaba sumamente sucio. Las instalaciones muy dejadas y con mucho olor a humedad. Lo único que destacó es la atención de la manager.

À part le monsieur cité plus haut l’intégralité du personnel n’est pas sympathique froid et cela les embêtent quand on leur pose une question L’humidité de la chambre les draps en se couchant étaient très humide Le bruit des bars en bas Conseil pas adapté pour une famille avec enfants Les valets qui sentent à plein nez la weed , difficile de leur laisser la voiture avec confiance et attention booking indique un tarif de 47 $ en faite c’est 50 .

I liked that they let my family of four have a late checkout and the storage of our bags while we walked the area.

Well. Someone who stays in hotels all over the world regularly as an international airline crew member. I usually don’t go out of the way to leave critics. The employees at the hotel were hit or miss. Out of at least 6 employees that I came into contact with I would say maybe 1 or -1.5 were happy to be working there. At one point in the one elevator that apparently even the staff use I was joined by 2 young maintenance male personal. I felt intimidated by these two young males. Like I was in a club with 20 year old Eastern European males that were cock fighting for alpha male status. Crazy! Maybe all the employees were burnt out from spring breakers or hadn’t been paid in awhile. Not sure. There was an absolute lack of professionalism by the staff for which I paid close to 500$ for 2 rooms. Room 405 was dated and the mattress was old and springy. The “balcony view” which I paid extra was of an alleyway with maybe a sliver of ocean front view. Room 321 seemed to have been updated more recently and had an ocean view. The swimming pool was a solid 3. Not fancy at all. The breakfast option that I paid extra for was sparse. I simply asked the waiter if I could substitute the pancakes for toast and his reply was something like, “I don’t know the kitchen is in a grumpy or angry mood”. I received a plate with what looked like the worst piece of toast in existence that was literally thrown on the plate. So overall not the worst place I have ever stayed but the property failed to meet my expectations which is sad for the owners or shareholders. If I owed the property I would concentrate on training standards and maybe also an acceptable level hotel staff behavioral meetings.

Ikonický hotel na rušnej Ocean drive. Samozrejme, že sme počítali s tým , že bude rušno a aj bolo. Musíte počítať s tým, že hudba zo všadial bude hrať aj do druhej v noci. Izba aj kupeľna bola pekná, veľká a čistá. Výhodou bola aj požičovňa bicyklov....zadarmo :-). Podávané raňajky vo vedľajšej reštaurácii boli fajn, akurát trvalo vždy dosť dlho kým nám ich priniesli. Pobyt sme si užili, aj keď bazén sme nevyskúšali...škoda.

Well let’s see 1….one of the elevators was not working 2….hallways dingy looking 3….TV issues. Very few channels to choose from and no sound on channels were picture was clear but sound where picture was frozen. Called and no one could repair although mtce thought it was remote issue 4/ at 4am my husband and I were awoken but a loud squeaky sound which was the low battery indicator on the smoke alarm. Front desk came and ripped alarm off the ceiling. Finally got back to sleep at 6 am No apology offered by front desk next morning
