People standing outside their rooms to smoke and the cigarettes thrown onto ground. Maybe have a designated area outside for smoking with bins for smokers to dispose of cigarettes.
We were just coming back from a cruise. Wanted a reasonable place. Room was clean and front desk staff were nice. Breakfast wasn't fancy but was enough!
The pictures are not accurate and the rooms are not kept well. They are dilapidated, in need of good ventilation, and renovation. There was an ant colony on the side of the window pane and the room was dingy. It's not a pleasant site to see crackhead digging through the dumpster in the parking lot every morning.

USWas located in a nice part of town, had a pretty decent breakfast too. Beds were comfortable
CAI would not stay at this hotel again. It smelled and the bathtub was disgusting. The pillows were rock hard. It was a horrible stay.
