Staff charges me twice
Infested with sugar ants, thin walls, constant loud voices and moving around stairwell. Loud arguments upstairs woke me up at 3am. I made a noise complaint call to the front desk, and 20 minutes later the police are knocking at their door. At least they took me seriously and called the police? Felt very unsafe, i couldnt sleep. Expedia should remove this listing from your site. I would like a refund for my booking.

They give us Room that is not we paid for We had a room with 2 beds and love seats that on website said quadruple room with 2 beds When we went to front desk Guy ( chines/ Korean) said no we don’t have any such rooms Then I showed him on my cell my reservation and on choice website the images of it after 45min in the night at 11:00pm he gave me my room that I paid through Booking my kids were tired and crying as they were tired We also first went to property at 2:20pm to request for early check in if possible but lady ( Afracian American ) front desk girl refused us to check in early.
Great staff. Liked its location. Like the elongated toilet seats. Safety rail at the end of the tub is a hazard. One that is higher and diagonal for standing up in the shower is needed. I did find my little black stick drive over here in Norway at home. I didn't lose it there.
A very poor place to be in. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door. My least favorite place to stay at on our 2 week vacation
Kept deposit for no reason
The room was clean. Didn’t deal with the staff much. I was on the bottom floor. The people on the floor above were very loud and I could hear them walking around all night. That was the only issue.
USI was impressed. My room was cleaned daily.
Bed too hard
