The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I thought I had booked a hotel with a pool and hot tub so I was surprised when we arrived.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The view from our room was a run-down motorhome and a dumpster. The room itself smelled weird and funky, and the upstairs unit banged and thudded nonstop. Our neighbor had their door open with chairs set up in the walkway, making the whole area feel uncomfortable and uninviting. We couldn’t open the window due to the smell of cigarette smoke, and the in-room fan made a loud thudding noise so we couldn’t use that either. The bed had no bugs (we checked), but the mattress was stained and disgusting. And the worst part? There was blood spatter on the wall beneath the bathroom mirror and on the mirror itself. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, but this was next-level grimy. Avoid this place. It feels unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unmonitored.
Booked a reservation 3 weeks prior to my trip to Washington to attend the funeral of a close family member. Myself and 3 other family members carpooled for the 15 hour drive from our homes in California, and was turned away from this hotel being told they had no vacancy regardless of the reservation. The staff member Steve was very kind and called the "Manager" Phillip Kim who he described as the owner's son and handed me the phone to speak with him. To say that the conversation was horrible would be an understatement. He was rude and condescending, took no ownership for the situation and ultimately hung up the phone while I was speaking. Book here at your own risk, If you like rude condescending interactions, to be left out in the cold while your payment sits in their accounts, and to spend additional time calling your booking agent/company to request a refund, this is the place for you.
