"Exceptional"

The house was lovely and location excellent. Both Chris and Liz made us feel welcome and were very helpful with ideas of what to see and do. We will definitely be staying with them again when we next visit.

We had a great time and were very happy with our stay, I don't have anything we didn't like.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay with Liz and Chris."

Perfect quiet location within easy reach of train and bus stations. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were exceptional and cooked to order.

We had a couple of small issues with our room, but these were resolved quickly and cheerfully!

"Cozy, Welcoming and delicious stay in the heart of Windermere"

Liz and Chris were super friendly, welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the area and things to do The guest house is in a great location - 5 minutes walk from the center of Windermere. BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Not only was the selection incredibly diverse and delicious, but the presentation was beautiful. The room beautifully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, making it a joy to relax and unwind in the end of day. The attention to detail in the room’s decor added to the overall cozy feel of the room and the guest house.

Only place I've ever been able to have a gluten free and dairy free pancake breakfast - so delicious! Chris and Liz are super helpful, lovely stay.
