Christian and Oscar were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived until checkout. They helped with our bags right away, offered great local tips, and always greeted us with a smile. Sergio and Marcos were amazing! They kept everyone entertained and made every day so much fun. From morning games to pool activities and evening shows, they brought great energy and really made the experience unforgettable. They were super friendly, engaging, and always made sure everyone felt included. Our waiter Alex was our favorite! Alex was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was quick and professional, and their recommendations were spot on. They made us feel truly welcome and added such a warm touch to our dining experience. Thank you for the great service and positive attitude

The experience was memorable because of the team of entertainers who took care of children and adults as well with games and the dances and motivating the entire group. They were fantastic. No Resort hotel need some general upkeep housekeeping was arduous trying to get what we needed but again The entertainment group may the experience member thank you. They deserve applause.

Mal trato por parte del personal, deSde que llegamos, falta de meseros, el menú era el mismo y muy poco variado, además era insuficiente para las personas que había en el hotel, teníamos que esperar para recibir mesa, después esperábamos para alcanzar comida, el agua de la alberca muy sucia, lo único bueno era la personalidad de los animadores, no volveré al hotel después de que había regresado por un buen sabor de boca que me había dejado.

Such a great experience from opening the doors for us in our taxis to deliver our luggage to our room. Christian was our friendly face.

It was my first time traveling out of the country, my wife and I had a wonderful time,the staff gave us great recommendations to local shops and a wide variety of food options. We really got to know the Bell Boys, the got us our taxis and gave great recommendations on places to visit. The bell boy crew, was Nacho, Jorge, Christian, Cesar, Jose, and their Captain Rob. Inside at the guest services we met two great people, Vicky and Francisco, they went above and beyond for us. They were all fantastic people. They made this whole trip a wonderful experience for us. We will never forget our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, jalisco. We will definitely come back.
