"Tasty Food & Great Staff"

The staff and wait staff are great and helpful. The food in the restaurant brings me back for more evertime I'm in Mochis.

"Pretty good hotel"

We arrived around 10pm to the hotel. There was some sort of party going on and it was very noisy when we first arrived. We didn't hear any noise once we got to our room, which was located downstairs by the pool. A lot of young people seemed to be staying at the hotel. It definitely seemed like a party hangout hotel but we didn't mind. All the staff members were extremely welcoming and kind.

"Will not stay here again!"

Since we arrived our stay didnt begin smooth. I had called 1 week in advance to reserve transportation and i called the morning of to confirm, they said everything was fine. When we got to the station we were told by the driver that he was told at the last minute to pick us up. At the hotel there was only one person at reception and atleast 3 customers waiting to be checked in. When we finally checked in, our luggage was taken to the wrong part of the hotel. When we finally got to our room the door didn't seem to want to open. We went to dinner and the young lady that helped us gave us wrong prices, we had an argument of close to half and hour, they didn't want to accomodate us with the original price the girl had give us and we still had to over pay for a mistake they did. Ill never stay here again. They try to make their hotel look upscale but it really isnt. Not as nice as it looks in the pictures and the service was horrible!

"Everything is an additional fee"

Room quality was great... everything else was an extra fee. We were charged to use the pool, we were charge room service to order food in the pool area, there was a flyer in our room for pool fee which they didn't validate once we used the pool, they forgot to give us our complimentary breakfast tickets so we were charged for breakfast too. And Wi-fi only works if you are rooming on the same building as the front desk.

"It needs a renovation!"

Mattress was not confortable, staff is not well trained to offer good customer service. Rooms are outdated. Not enough towels in rooms.

"What a Disappointment!"

What an unfortunate visit we recently had here. We had previously stayed in December of 2016 and fell in love with the hotel and the staff. Because of that we decided to book our entire wedding party's rooms here for April. We spoke to the staff and secured the rooms and rates. Mind you, we booked rooms in the "executive tower". When we arrived last week on April 13th, the front desk agent had the wrong dates and gave us a rate way over what was previously agreed upon, roughly $35 more per night. I was mortified!!! I told my wedding party one rate but ended up receiving something entirely different. Later that day we noticed that the toilet was leaking at the base and informed the front desk agent, she told me someone would be up there very soon. NO ONE showed up EVER! We had to place towels around the toilet daily! The third day we were there I informed them again and the same thing happened, no one showed up. We checked in and out of the hotel with a leaky toilet. The WIFI reception was also absolutely terrible, We ended up using our data because that was faster. The bar, restaurant and cleaning staff are truly the only ones who tried to make our stay accommodating. The front desk agents were less than helpful. For a hotel that prides itself on being one of the best in the city, the experience we had could only be described as pitiful.

"Nice hotel"

The room was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. They have secure off street parking. The Steakhouse restaurant on site was very good and the staff were friendly. I would stay there again.

"Bizarre mess"

No towels, TV didn't work, lights didn't work in any conventional way, lights flashed unpredictably, shower didn't drain, air conditioner didn't work, free breakfast was not honored, hotel demanded $14 US extra for no breakfast, alarm came on unpredictably, it was an amazing and bizarre experience. Most travelers would prefer missing this ordeal.
