Hotel Plaza Inn

There was a slight mix up at check in but the receptionist/manager immediately fixed the issue. It was truly one of the best hotels in Los Mochis. Everyone you spoke with and dealt with was welcoming and hospitable. P

I travel from Guadalajara to the states once every quarter, always a pleasure to have Hotel Plaza as my midpoint after a day of a long driving. Thank you for always taking care of me and my pets every time!!!

Hoyel was decent, staff was very nice,i had paid for a Junior suite, upon arrival front desk had gave me a double bed room. I insisted I had a Junior suite reserved and only then they changed my room to the correct one. Food was very good, and Maids were a little pushy to get you out of the room after your stay even though check out was 3 hours away. It was Ok for the money

Breakfast was not Included and pick up from airport was more expensive than taxi.

Front desk was super helpful in English..as were almost all employees, very nice room. Great restaurant and bar with yummy food! Easy access able from highway. Positive!

Glad it was a one night stay! Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Elevator close to our room non-functional. Telephone did not work to communicate within the hotel staff. No ironing board or iron but available upon request. On-site restaurant food was good and affordable. Staff was very nice. We were received with complimentary drinks at the bar.

Room was clean and comfortable. Cold AC and location at walking distance from downtown. Safe monitored parking. Staff nice and professional. Elevator close to our room was non-functional and we were not notified about it. Telephone did not work to communicate within the hotel staff. No ironing board or iron in the room but available upon request. Not enough towels left by housekeeping. On-site restaurant food was good but pricey. Guests were noisy and were running down the halls.

Staff very friendly, clean and comfortable. Owen Steakhouse good food and reasonably priced compared to Canada. Booked in with Expedia right at check in. Worked smooth and reduced price about 35%.
