Hotel Plaza Inn

The property is as pictures show. Just needed somewere to lay our head on to rest as we still had +15 hours left of a drive. The staff was able to accommodate our stay after the Mexican government was not allowing check ins. I do recommend the unique spaces

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms was always cleaned and neat

Room was supper dirty no new bed sheets trash in bathroom and floor not vacuumed

They announce breakfast and breakfast is not included. Rooms aren’t as nice as they look and dirty. Way overpriced. Staff was rude.

Very nice and hotel and clean rooms,front desk girls very helpful. The only small complain was that we were on a street level room and it was noisy. There was an event going on and we could hear people and car noises very late at night.

The experience was good

the included breakfast was non existant they did not have a real continental breakfast

Elevator by the pool not working. WIFI not working and spotty. Pool has no steps or hand rail

I didn’t end up actually staying there because of some things. The cancellation took a little while but it all turned out okay.
