Servicio fatal desde que llegas, NO nos permitieron entrar y querían cobrarnos doble, cancelamos por hotels.com y el hotel se quedó con el dinero, no quiere liberar el pago, fatal la experiencia, lastima que todavía quieran vivir de la fama que tuvieron, NO lo recomiendo

Por el precio se espera mas del hotel. De las pocas opciones pet friendly en los Mochis

This was a good hotel to stay for 1 night on our way to our ultimate destination. The service was good, the food was very good, our kids liked the pool and the parking was safe. The room was old and in need of a little TLC, but it was clean.

Rooms were really hot took forever to cool down. Rooms did not have sufficient towels the reservation stated free breakfast for 2 but once we finally checked in that was not part of the reservation.

Good hotel, could be faster at check in

Nice Hotel rooms comfortable bed and right in the middle of the city cant ask for more.

The room smelled a little musty there was no safe in the room and toiletries was one item of each only

Stayed one night in casita it worked for what we needed and was very roomy
