Hotel Plaza Inn

I walk with a cane. Was moved to an upstairs room because downstairs room had no hot water. Turned out the upstairs room didn’t have hot water either,

It was a nice place. We rented 2 rooms because we have 4 dogs. Kind of shocking when we were charged $2000 pesos for the dogs. Never been charged that much anyplace we have stayed. The people next door were partying all night. Miserable night.

Jr suite had beautiful dining table for six. But no microwave and no fridge, though they did bring a mini-fridge or request. But no coffee maker, and the restaurant charged $5 for coffee in the morning. That is just WRONG!

The staff was incredible. They helped us park our trailer in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful.

No good becouse in te pictures ishow more better in all aspects, cleand no is good, all is very dirty, the sheets and pillows is old, the color is yellow for no buy more, is very old, and stains very browns, no like me, no have blankets, the pool is dirty, I said no need room service, when’d make my chec in I talk no need, and the laude táleme she put in the computer one mensage me no need and make room service,😡 I put the sings no service but the peoples touch’s my things, and no change the glass cups for wather and no cleaned the floor and more things, no cleand the furnitures is to much dirty and olds, the third day my door no open which my Kay, I need go to at loony for renew my key, but the personal is very nice, 🤩😍👍 all ok, only the installation and room is very dirty the people the cleaning no make a good work, and everything the furniture inside is very darmage, and dirty😞☺️😢,the air conditioner is very noice all the time, no good condition, the courtains is old and dirty Al no put fine in the rails, looks very, very bad the room sorry😫😡

No amenities in the room. No hot water in the late afternoon. No ice machine. Restaurant service was excellent. Check in staff simply rude!

Great service, super friendly and they allow pets!

Room didn’t have enough towels. The power outlets weren’t working because no one instructed us how to turn them on. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy guests at 4 am. Food wasn’t very good. Cigarette butts in hallway.

Place and service were excellent, staff members were very helpful.

Very nice property in a kind of grubby city. No microwave or fridge, or coffee machine. Just the basics. And if you book a suite, like I did, make sure you get a suite, like we did not.
