Hotel Plaza Inn

No hot water and tv didn’t work.

The bathroom had a terribl oddor, it was all of them that smelled super bad

We ended up not staying. The room was just not what we desired. Old, smelly, bedding threadbare and ragged. Couldn't find the remote control for the tv. After an hour we just packed up and went elsewhere.

La habitación no se parecia en nada a las fotos, el aíre hacía demasiado ruido, al inicio tuvimos problemas para conectarnos a la red inalámbrica y durante toda la mañana del día siguiente no tuvimos agua.

The property is dated and in need of some upgrades. I booked the honeymoon suite but it looked very little like the posted pictures . The check-in was a little bit tedious but not too bad. Cleaning staff came in and cleaned our room but threw out some food items and other toiletries that we had in the room. I'm not sure if they thought we had checked out but they threw out the items and made no attempts to replace them after we brought it to their attention. I'm doubtful that I will ever book there again

El hotel huele muy mal, o al menos la habitación que me dieron olía a drenaje. No fue nada agradable haberme hospedado ahí

The worst hotel ever

WHAT A GREAT FIND. CENTER OF TOWN, BUT EASY TO FIND. STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. PARKING WAS VERY SECURE...INPORTANT TO US AS WE ALWAYS HAVE A "CARLOAD" COMING TO/FROM MEXICO.

I believe that this property was two properties, i.e., Hotel Plaza and Capital Urban. Hotel Plaza at $140/night and Urban Capital at $55. We paid $140 but I think we stayed in Urban Capital so beware. It wasn’t dirty but old, limited bedding and coverlet was suspect. A/C extremely noisy, did not get much sleep. Upside, our vehicle was safe. 24 hr security.

This is our second visit. We will continue to come back as it's a very nice hotel.
