Hotel Plaza Inn

This was a nice hotel option in Los Mochis

Clean safe and friendly . Excellent secure parking inside courtyard of hotel

Bad attitude at the reception, they stole my personal soap, they took the tip and they didn't even clean my room

It’s inconvenient to have to rent a remote control for the TV. If you leave it in the room and don’t give it to reception they don’t refund the rent fee deposit. Pool was out of service, was looking forward to using it due to the weather.

The tower rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable, rooms look nice. Whereas the rooms around the pool are older, the beds very uncomfortable, some of the rooms have a smell, and the furniture is kind of ran down. If they updated the roomm/furniture to match the tower, they’d have a much better rating. Also the Pool was out of order, which we were very disappointed about. The food at the restaurant is very good though.

Very dirty room. Mold in shower. Loud outside cannot sleep. Can hear all the cars open and close and drive.

The bathroom shower floor was grimy and dirty. Asked the Front Desk to clean it and they did send someone who just wiped it, but didn't scrub. Also, the writeup on the hotel stated that they had a shuttle service to the airport, which was one of the reasons I chose it. However, upon check in the Reception said that while they had a van, they didn't have a driver. Had to resort to Didi service and had to pay extra because they are technically not allowed to deliver to the airport.

Nothing unique. Restaurant and security great TV bad had to use internet TV from my device. Place smelled moldy. Not as pretty as pictures.

Great find in Mexico and pet friendly. Great rooms with secure parking.
